Job Description
cFocus Software seeks an Program Manager to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience supporting large-scale DoD IT systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile and DevSecOps programs.
- Experience with DMDC, DHRA, or comparable DoD enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of RMF, cybersecurity compliance, and federal IT governance.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (or higher) background investigation.
- Serve as the Government’s primary focal point for contract execution and communications.
- Provide overall program management, leadership, and coordination of all contractor personnel.
- Ensure compliance with the DSAID PWS, DMDC Project Management Process Handbook, and applicable DoD policies.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Oversee Agile-based project management activities, including sprint planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across all contract tasks.
- Coordinate with DMDC governance bodies, cybersecurity, architecture, QA, configuration management, and operations stakeholders.
- Lead risk management, issue resolution, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery of all required reports and deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and annual briefings.
- Support transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure compliance with RMF, cybersecurity, Section 508, privacy, and records management requirements.
- Provide executive-level briefings and respond to Government inquiries on short notice.
