The Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager(remote 6 month contract assignment) working with our client, a Digital Health and Metabolic Care company delivering clinically validated programs in weight management, obesity treatment, and related conditions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, content, and clinical teams to drive execution, improve the digital experience, and scale solutions for employers and health plans. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with digital product management experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness, who can hit the ground running and drive impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product lifecycle for a core digital health program (e.g., behavioral content or GLP-1 obesity management).
- Collaborate with engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA) to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences.
- Lead agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
- Partner with UX, content, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of behavioral, clinical, and creative elements into the digital experience.
- Define and track KPIs, ensuring product performance meets business and clinical goals.
- Present product updates and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, with support from senior product leaders.
- Support integration of prescribing workflows, self-pay capabilities, and employer-sponsored models into the platform.
- Stay current on competitor offerings (e.g., Noom, Found, Ro, Hims & Hers, Omada) and evolving digital health market trends.
Qualificatioons
- 5–10 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering digital products.
- Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or consumer digital platforms strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work with software engineers in agile environments.
- Strong execution skills—able to quickly understand business needs, translate them into requirements, and drive delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
