As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving digital products that support client access, intake, and core clinical workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with senior product leadership and cross-functional teams—including Clinical, Operations, Compliance, and Technology—to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and meaningful product enhancements.
In this role, you’ll help support the product roadmap, contribute to discovery and release efforts, monitor product performance, and maintain accurate product documentation. You’ll bring a strong foundation in product thinking and collaboration, along with the ability to balance user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements to deliver effective, mission-driven digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the digital product roadmap focused on client access, intake, and core clinical workflows, in partnership with senior product leadership
- Translate stakeholder input into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Contribute to product discovery by gathering feedback, reviewing data, and documenting insights
- Help coordinate release planning, basic QA, and post-release follow-up for assigned features and enhancements
- Collaborate closely with Clinical, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Research teams to understand needs and refine requirements
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, capturing requirements, decisions, and action items
- Provide regular status updates on assigned work, including timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor website and intake funnel performance, identify issues, and escalate as needed
- Support improvements to booking and intake systems to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Assist with documenting workflows, system changes, feature configurations, and integrations
- Coordinate with third-party technology vendors on defined tasks, tracking tickets, timelines, and deliverables
- Support basic data and reporting needs, including validating reports and dashboards used for outcomes tracking and quality improvement
- Partner with Compliance and Quality teams by providing documentation and support for audits and accreditation efforts
- Log, track, and help resolve technology-related issues and risks raised by internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related role within a digital or technology-driven environment
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic functional requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple small projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience using project and ticket management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of technical development processes and systems architecture
- Exposure to websites, client portals, or booking and intake systems is a plus
- Familiarity with basic analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, or BI tools) is a plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability in day-to-day work, with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and communicate effectively
- Reliability and responsiveness, including preparedness for scheduled work activities and timely communication with internal teams and leadership
