Job Description

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is a US-based company specializing in stage lighting equipment rental and technical lighting services for theaters, concerts, television, and corporate events. The company provides full-cycle lighting solutions - from equipment setup to on-site technical support - serving some of the leading entertainment venues and production teams across the United States.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (ERP or enterprise-level projects preferred)
    • Experience in client-facing delivery and cross-functional coordination
    • Understanding of product lifecycle at the support/maintenance stage
    • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps
    • Solid hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including hybrid setups
    • Technical awareness of .NET Core, Azure ServiceBus, AKS, Helm, EF Core
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the delivery of an ERP product at both support and active development stages
    • Plan quarterly releases, organize demos, and track delivery progress
    • Balance feature development with product maintenance and client requests
    • Communicate directly with the client and internal stakeholders to align goals and expectations
    • Coordinate cross-functional teamwork
    • Lead technical discussions and support solution planning
    • Maintain clear documentation and ensure transparency across the team
