We’re growing!

    • We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to sit at the intersection of business, tech, and design. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation and the ability to partner closely with engineers and product designers to drive the development of thoughtful, scalable platform capabilities. You should feel comfortable articulating a clear product strategy, navigating technical tradeoffs, and rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
    • As a Senior PM on the Platform team, you’ll help shape and deliver the next generation of Sure’s configuration tools, policy lifecycle capabilities, and developer platform surface area. You’ll bring strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complexity, and a bias toward shipping incrementally at a high level of quality.
    • At Sure, we’re a mission-driven team of designers, engineers, and product managers who are passionate about improving every aspect of insurance. Through our platform and developer tools, we enable global insurers and brands to distribute and service any insurance policy digitally. While our environment is collaborative and relaxed, we build products that are well-architected, well-considered, and built for scale.

What you'll be doing

    • Evolve the platform that powers forms, documents, rules, rating, workflows, and policy lifecycle - with an emphasis on simplicity and speed.
    • Convert Division objectives into a roadmap that balances scale, empowerment, and depth.
    • Create leverage for internal teams and partners so products launch faster with fewer dependencies.
    • Lead with product and technical depth
    • Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineering on architecture choices and sequencing that derisks complexity.
    • Write crisp requirements from fuzzy problems, then pressure‑test them with design and technical partners.
    • Champion configurability and extensibility without compromising reliability.
    • Drive execution and outcomes
    • Prioritize across multiple teams by weighing customer value, platform scalability, and effort.
    • Align engineering, design, partnerships, and GTM on clear problem statements and definitions of done.
    • Ship capabilities that reduce time‑to‑market and improve the end‑to‑end configuration experience.
    • Stay close to users
    • Run structured discovery with internal teams (Delivery, Support, Engineering) and customers to understand jobs‑to‑be‑done.
    • Validate fast through prototypes and experiments — keep feedback loops tight.
    • Use analytics (Mixpanel, GA, Segment) to inform priorities and measure adoption.

What we’re looking for

    • 5+ years in product management with time spent on platforms, configuration, developer tools, workflow systems, or B2B SaaS.
    • A track record of leading technical products with complex data, rules, or orchestration.
    • Evidence of owning multi‑team initiatives from strategy through launch.
    • Skills
    • Strong technical foundation; comfortable with APIs, data models, system constraints, and developer ergonomics.
    • Excellent communication that influences across engineering, design, operations, and executives.
    • Product sense that turns complex domains into intuitive, scalable capabilities.
    • Fluency in iterative delivery: discovery, learning loops, incremental release.
    • Proficiency with Segment, GA, Mixpanel (or equivalents).
    • How you work
    • Systems thinker who sees second‑order effects and designs for platform leverage.
    • Decisive prioritizer who can say no and sequence well.
    • Collaborative partner who creates clarity and momentum.
    • Mission‑driven builder interested in modernizing and scaling insurance.

What we do for you

    • Unlimited PTO — and we mean it.
    • Mental health support: meditation app access and a weekly wellness hour.
    • Remote work stipend for your setup.
    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision options.
    • Equity and 401(k).
    • Generous parental leave.
