Job Description

Company Overview:

Intel 471 empowers enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations to win the cybersecurity war using the real-time insights about adversaries, their relationships, threat patterns, and imminent attacks relevant to their businesses. The company’s platform collects, interprets, structures, and validates human-led, automation-enhanced intelligence, which fuels our external attack surface and advanced behavioral threat hunting solutions. Customers utilize this operationalized intelligence to drive a proactive response to neutralize threats and mitigate risk. Organizations across the globe leverage Intel 471’s world-class intelligence, our trusted practitioner engagement and enablement, and globally-dispersed ground expertise as their frontline guardian against the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats to fight the adversary — and win.

The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Intel 471, you will lead product initiatives focused on exposure management, threat hunting, and operational cyber intelligence. You will transform adversary intelligence, telemetry, and contextual risk signals into products that enable security teams to anticipate, detect, and respond to real-world threats.

Operating at the intersection of threat intelligence, security operations, and product strategy, you will define how Intel 471 helps customers understand where they are exposed, how they are being targeted, and what actions matter most right now. Your work will directly influence how SOCs, threat hunters, and security leaders operationalize intelligence at scale.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Domain Ownership

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for exposure, threat hunting, and operational intelligence capabilities.
  • Define how intelligence, signals, and context are transformed into prioritized risk, actionable detections, and analyst workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to shift customers from reactive intelligence consumption to proactive exposure reduction and hunt-driven detection.
  • Stay deeply informed on attacker tradecraft, emerging campaigns, and defender workflows to ensure product relevance.

Threat Hunting & Exposure Use Cases

  • Design product experiences that support hypothesis-driven threat hunting, campaign tracking, and early-stage intrusion detection.
  • Enable customers to correlate exposures, adversary intent, infrastructure, and observed activity
    into operational decisions.
  • Prioritize use cases that reduce dwell time, improve signal-to-noise, and accelerate analyst decision-making.

Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with Engineering and Intelligence teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and performant capabilities on predictable timelines.
  • Translate complex security problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and tradeoff decisions.
  • Own prioritization across discovery, delivery, and iteration to maximize customer and business impact.

Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Engage directly with SOC analysts, threat hunters, IR teams, and security leaders to validate workflows and outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, in both US and EU timezones, to ensure clear positioning and adoption
  • Communicate product direction and value clearly to both deeply technical and executive audiences.

Product Craft & Team Enablement

  • Apply modern product management practices to build empowered, outcome-oriented teams.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product maturity across Intel 471.
  • Contribute to the broader ecosystem through documentation, enablement, and internal operating procedures that support scale.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Customers can clearly identify their most relevant exposures and active threats.
  • Threat hunters and SOC teams use Intel 471 to drive daily operational decisions, not just reference intelligence.
  • Product investments measurably improve detection efficacy, response speed, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Internal teams have clarity, trust, and momentum around product direction.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, security operations, or data-driven platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with one or more of the following domains:
    • Threat hunting and detection engineering
    • Exposure management, attack surface, or risk prioritization
    • SOC, IR, or operational security workflows
  • Experience building products that integrate intelligence, telemetry, APIs, or complex data pipelines.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous problem spaces and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate deep technical concepts into actionable product direction.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Intelligence, and Go-To-Market teams.

The role will report to our Chief Product Officer but will be expected to interact and work closely with other areas of the company as needed. The role is available anywhere in US or Europe. Please note we will not sponsor a working visa for this role.
