The role:
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own critical business outcomes at Capchase (conversion, stickiness, engagement, etc.). You’ll work with tech, design, ops, and our go-to-market teams to ship fast, learn from customers, and raise the quality bar. This is a high-potential role: you don’t need 5+ years - show crisp thinking, strong writing, and the ability to deliver.

What you’ll do:
Own a problem space end-to-end: define the customer, the jobs to be done, the metrics, and the roadmap.
Ship iteratively: small bets, tight feedback loops, measurable outcomes.
Write clearly: PRDs, project tracking, decision logs, and pre-/post-launch reviews.
Partner across functions (tech, design, risk/underwriting, ops, legal, go-to-market) to unblock execution.
Instrument analytics and guardrail metrics; set success criteria before build; hold the line after launch. Impact is the name of the game.
Run discovery with customers and internal experts; translate insights into simple, high-leverage solutions.
Communicate trade-offs and priorities to executives; create alignment across time zones.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years total experience in product or equivalent; high-potential profiles welcome.
Consulting + technical backgrounds encouraged (e.g. ~2 years at McKinsey plus engineering/tech experience).
Strong writing and structured problem solving; you make complex topics simple.
Technical fluency: comfortable with concepts like APIs, data models, and systems constraints; you collaborate deeply with techies.
Bias to action and ownership; you measure impact, not activity.
Customer-obsessed judgment; you balance speed with quality and risk.
Nice to have: fintech/payments, credit/risk, SaaS, experimentation, or AI-driven products.
Based in the EU (or strong overlap with EU hours); excellent verbal English.
