About The Position
CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 7 Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution, and innovation.
We're looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to hands-on manage user acquisition campaigns and to work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams.
What you will be working on:
Working and understanding different range of networks (social, SDK networks, DSP, and more)
Identify, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition.
Serve as an expert in user acquisition, staying up-to-date with industry trends and proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Own a portfolio of hyper/hybrid causal games and be responsible to achieve scale while meeting profit goals.
Work closely with the creative and ASO teams to co-direct and optimize creative strategy.
Work with the Data Analytics team to improve on the reporting and optimisation efforts
Communicate plans, status and challenges to top management and large teams.
Improve and share your knowledge in the marketing team and help others grow their skills.
Build relationships and manage strategic marketing conversations with our UA partners
Connect & initiate relationships with new partners and technology providers
Requirements
A passion for leading a team in a constantly changing environment
Love for games
2+ years of experience in hands-on mobile gaming UA. Experience in ad-based games - a must
Strong understanding in social channels like Facebook,TikTok, and Google - a must
Strong understanding of and experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and AppsFlyer,
Highly analytical, with deep understanding of cohort analysis and UA metrics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
