Your Mission
As a Federal Strategic Engagement Executive, you will transform industry insights into high-impact assets and programs that drive success in the Federal space. Reporting to the AVP of Public Sector, you'll craft clear narratives for Agentic AI transformation functions within our Federal portfolio. Your work will help our teams and clients navigate this complex space while shaping the next wave of AI and Agentic workloads in a highly regulated landscape.
What you'll do at UiPath
Be a part of a market-leading AI company transforming the Public Sector
Create and maintain Federal narratives and sales-ready assets including one-pagers, talk tracks, and discovery guides tailored to buyers
Develop light value framing with problem statements, outcomes, and ROI angles specific to the Federal space
Package and deliver how-to-sell kits by use case, running enablement sessions for internal teams and tracking asset adoption
Build partner messaging kits for priority GSIs/SIs/ISVs with aligned value propositions and example architectures
Gather voice-of-customer inputs to inform Vertical packaging and prioritization while supporting product launches
Join discovery and qualification calls to capture customer objectives and align teams on demo storyboards
Maintain content hygiene with version control and build lightweight dashboards for tracking asset usage and enablement reach
What you'll bring to the team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Federal government experience focused on: B2B software, consulting, product marketing, or sales enablement
Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
Solid understanding of workflows and strong written/verbal communication skills
Comfort with AI & automation concepts and ability to translate technical ideas into business value
Proven project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excitement to be involved with a generational technology and how it can change the insurance industry
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience creating sales enablement content such as battlecards and discovery guides
Familiarity with Salesforce and content hubs like Highspot
Exposure to partner ecosystems and co-marketing/co-sell motions
