Position Overview
Valimail is looking for an MSP Channel Manager, Mid-Market to expand and accelerate our growth with Regional MSP and MSSP partners. You will own a territory, develop key relationships, and drive adoption of our DMARC-as-a-Service offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a partner-led sales environment, understands the MSP business model, and knows how to build revenue through trusted, long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a business plan for MSP and MSSP partners within your territory.
- Identify and recruit new partners, leading them through the full process of launching a profitable DMARC-as-a-Service offering.
- Quickly qualify and follow up on inbound leads, setting the tone for a positive and productive partner relationship from the start.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing the business and technical training they need to confidently offer and scale DMARC-as-a-Service.
- Facilitate ongoing business reviews, gather partner feedback, and ensure our service aligns with partner needs.
- Monitor partner performance, including revenue growth, service adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day partner requests and support needs.
- Drive the creation and execution of partner-focused marketing and sales campaigns, actively shaping initiatives that grow awareness and adoption among MSPs.
- Own your book of business end to end, coordinating across marketing, product, operations, and other teams to secure the resources you need for your partners.
- Stay current on industry trends and ensure our program structure, benefits and product reflect evolving best practices and partner needs.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on partner performance, calling out areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in MSP-focused sales, with a track record of consistent quota attainment.
- Experience building and executing joint business plans and partner marketing programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce and BI tools.
- Bias for action and a proactive approach to partner engagement.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with email security / authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) is a plus.
