We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive the market execution of our healthcare compliance management solutions. This role is built for a high-energy "doer" who excels at translating complex technical and regulatory capabilities into compelling value propositions and high-impact commercial assets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of GTM plans and content strategy, ensuring our commercial teams have the tools they need to win in a competitive B2B landscape. The ideal candidate is a methodical project manager with deep experience in Healthcare SaaS, specifically within the compliance, credentialing, or employee health sectors.

What You'll Do

  • GTM Execution & Launch Management: Lead the tactical rollout of new products and features. You will own the GTM project timelines in Monday.com, coordinate deliverables across teams, and ensure we hit every product launch date.

  • Asset Creation & Messaging: Own the production of sales tools, including one-pagers, slide decks, and case studies. You will turn technical specs into clear, persuasive benefits for healthcare compliance buyers.

  • Sales & Commercial Enablement: Act as the "go-to" partner for Sales and Customer Success. You will build battle cards, lead feature trainings, and keep our resource library updated to drive revenue.

  • Customer & Market Insight: Assist with competitor research and customer analysis to keep our messaging fresh and relevant within the healthcare compliance industry.

  • Product Roadmap Input: Gather feedback from the field to help Product Management understand what features our customers need most.

  • Performance Analysis: Use data and KPIs to see which marketing materials are working best and continuously improve our content strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in product marketing, specifically within Healthcare Software/SaaS (Experience with compliance, regulatory, or HR-tech solutions is highly prioritized).

  • You thrive in a role that prioritizes "rolling up your sleeves" to create content and manage projects over high-level strategic planning.

  • Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively about technical API or data solutions for a professional healthcare audience.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and project management platforms like Monday.com or Asana.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and remain calm while managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week. Equipment, benefits, and perks are not provided to part-time or temporary employees.
