You’ll work closely with GTM Lead (Marketing) to execute and scale go-to-market across Trust Wallet’s product portfolio, while owning multiple launches end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Own GTM for new products & features

  • Partner with the GTM Lead to plan and execute go-to-market strategy for new launches

  • Turn product specs into clear user narratives, positioning, and messaging

  • Define launch tiers (big launch vs soft launch vs experiment)

  • Build GTM plans covering:

    • Core message & hook, Target user segment, Channels & surfaces, Launch assets, Success metrics

Be the voice of the user

  • Develop deep understanding of user segments (curious users, traders, power users, whales, newcomers, etc.)

  • Translate user pain points into sharp messaging and product framing

  • Run or leverage surveys, feedback loops, and qualitative insights

Drive adoption & revenue

  • Partner with the GTM Lead on adoption and growth priorities

  • Design campaigns focused on activation, retention, and usage — not just awareness

  • Partner with Data to track performance and iterate

  • Optimize funnels (onboarding → first action → repeat usage)

Create high-quality messaging & assets

  • Write product copy, in-app messaging, push notifications, banners, landing pages, and social launch copy

  • Shape narrative direction for larger themes (speed, self-custody, access, free gas, borderless finance, etc.)

  • Maintain consistency across channels

Cross-functional leadership

  • Work closely with Product, Product Design, Marketing, Engineering, BD, Data, CS and Operations

  • Push for clarity, deadlines, and quality

  • Act as connective tissue between teams

Build scalable playbooks

  • Create repeatable GTM templates

  • Document best practices

  • Help mature product marketing as a function inside Trust Wallet

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Strategy

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or complex consumer tech strongly preferred

  • Have owned GTMs end-to-end before

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage products

  • Can think strategically and execute hands-on

  • Strong writer with excellent product intuition

  • Data-aware: you care about metrics, but don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis

  • Fast, proactive, and ownership-driven
