What you'll do:
Drive paid social and performance campaigns that generate measurable growth for Key Media’s clients. This is a revenue-focused role — not posting or boosting — where you’ll turn data and audiences into multi-channel demand pipelines.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook. Google Ads, YouTube), using testing and performance metrics to scale what works.
- Operate in an ABM and retargeting ecosystem, mapping accounts to audiences and creating sequences that drive real business results.
- Gain exposure to enterprise ad tech, (GAM360, DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing OS, etc.) learning how audiences move, ads are served, and revenue is created.
- Develop reporting and insights to show clients why campaigns succeed, not just what they did.
Who you are:
- You have hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube
- You understand retargeting, lookalikes, intent data, and funnel design
- You’ve worked with B2B, lead generation, or account-based marketing
- You think in terms of ROAS, pipeline, and performance — not likes and impressions
- You want to grow into enterprise-level ad tech and data platforms
