Job Description: Network Operations Sr. Associate (6 to 8 years)

The Opportunity
As a Senior Network Operations Associate, you will lead the design, deployment, and ongoing support of advanced network infrastructure. Youll be responsible for resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency in the network environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise network systems.

  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues.

  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

  • Design and implement secure, scalable networks across Data Center and Cloud.

  • Define and enforce QoS policies and routing best practices.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to network operations and projects.

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and managing complex network environments.

  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).

  • Expertise in managing VPN, VLAN, SDWAN, and MPLS technologies.

  • Deep experience with wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba).

  • Strong background in load balancers and firewall systems (F5, FortiGate, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Networking is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE highly preferred.
