Our client is a globally scaling financial technology platform operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. With award-winning products and a cloud-native architecture, they’re building one of the most reliable and secure infrastructures in digital trading today.
To support this growth, they are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE who will help scale and automate their infrastructure across cloud environments, while ensuring the resilience, observability, and security of critical systems.
This is a key role in a high-availability production environment with direct impact on system uptime, deployment velocity, and overall platform reliability. You’ll work closely with product and engineering leaders to build tooling, drive best practices, and support continuous delivery across multiple regions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Scale infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, PagerDuty)
Work within a multi-account AWS setup (Landing Zone / Control Tower)
Collaborate with Dev teams on deployment strategies and secure system design
Participate in on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews
Drive compliance, security, and audit-readiness across environments
What You Bring:
5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles in high-uptime environments
Strong cloud experience (AWS a must; GCP or Azure a plus)
Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD hands-on expertise
Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, DNS)
Clear, structured communicator with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally in agile product teams
English at professional working level (B2+)
Bonus Points:
Experience in the fintech space or regulated environments
Knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS, or financial compliance standards
Linux sysadmin background
