We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Marketing Manager, whose main mission will be to drive product sales through viral organic content and grow multiple brand accounts from scratch. If you’re passionate about social media trends, data-driven, and fast-moving, we’d love to meet you

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead SMM strategy for our products on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram;
• Build and optimize organic funnels on social media to drive product sales;
• Participate in the development of an AI-powered content factory;
• Create and test viral content to boost organic reach and engagement;
• Collaborate with agencies and in-house design team to produce content;
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms;
• Track and analyze organic performance metrics, reporting on ROI and sales impact;
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across platforms;
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
  

We expect from you:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing;
• Proven track record of building and scaling social media accounts from scratch;
• Proven track record of driving sales through SMM;
• Proven track record of driving sales with AI tools;
• Strong understanding of major platforms and their organic growth algorithms;
• Experience in creating viral content and hands-on with short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts);
• Confident using AI tools and content creation software;
• Strong knowledge of SMM analytics and performance metrics;
• English Proficiency, C1 Level.
