Role:- MS Dynamic CRM Lead

  • CRM Development and Customization:
  • Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on improving customer relationship processes and functionality.
  • Utilize Power Apps to build tailored applications for CRM users, ensuring a seamless user experience and aligning with business processes.
  • Power Platform Expertise:PowerApps, Power Automate Flows and Power Portals,Power BI (Any) System Integration:
  • Integrate CRM systems with external platforms (ERP systems, marketing tools, third-party services, etc.) using custom connectors, APIs, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with the integration team to ensure smooth data synchronization between CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Work with middleware and API management tools to facilitate integration with various data sources and platforms. Primary-CRM Integration Power apps Integration with third party services Azure, Sharepoint Secondary- Canvas App ( Good to have)
