About the role

We’re inviting experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a greenfield project supporting our international growth. You’ll help shape scalable, customer-facing digital experiences and contribute to the evolution of a large, data-driven platform.

You’ll work within a cross-functional squad, applying lean principles and modern engineering practices such as test-driven development and pair programming to deliver high-quality, reliable software. Our core stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.

Responsibilities

    • Implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient user experiences in a modular, test-driven environment
    • Take ownership of performance, security, and maintainability of customer-facing systems
    • Obsess over the quality and performance of user interfaces
    • Collaborate closely with engineers and non-technical stakeholders, including product and design
    • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
    • Contribute to collaborative practices such as code reviews and pair programming

Requirements

    • Extensive experience building performant, responsive, and secure applications in production
    • Strong hands-on experience with test-driven development (TDD) (essential)
    • Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns and design systems
    • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
    • Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers
    • Exposure to CI/CD tooling and running applications in production

Nice to have

    • Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, or similar modern stacks
    • Familiarity with extreme programming (XP) practices
    • Interest in experimentation, continuous improvement, and engineering culture initiatives
    • Engagement with the wider tech community through knowledge sharing or events
