Software Engineer 

Location: Remote Role – Based in India with work overlap in CET timezone

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong technical leadership, and hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems, with deep expertise on security best practices for software development. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovation in secure, AI-assisted software development. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployment. 

• Lead enterprise-level security best practices, including: 

• DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) 

• SAST (Static Application Security Testing) 

• SCA (Software Composition Analysis) 

• Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows, mentoring teams in: 

• Applying Agentic AI coding assistants for enterprise development (Claude Code or Google Antigravity)

• Automated testing best practices and continuous quality improvement 

• Architect and develop scalable applications, integrating: 

• Python, FastAPI, and modern Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI) 

• React for front-end development 

• Node.js for back-end development 

• Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queue systems for robust communication 

• Contribute hands-on to resolving complex bugs and optimizing system performance. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product team, software engineers, data scientists, and external development partners. 

 

Required Qualifications 

• 8–10+ years of professional software design and development experience. 

• Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines. 

• Demonstrated expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies. 

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern AI frameworks (LLMs, CrewAI, etc.). 

• Expertise in React-based front-end development. 

• Experience in Node.js back-end development and API design. 

• Solid experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ, etc.). 

• Strong understanding of software testing automation and QA processes. 

• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers. 

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 

• Open to work in multiple technologies. 

• Can work with minimal supervision. 

• Proficient in English. 

 

Desired Skills/Experience: 

• Experience in designing, building and maintaining automated test suites 

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production software. 

• Experience with the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (minimum) or equivalent. 

• 8+ years of extensive software development experience at enterprise level.
