The Solution Architect (SOW) will design customer solutions for enterprise implementations, translating client requirements into scalable architectures within EvenUp's platform. This supports post-sale implementation to drive successful deployments. Reporting to the Manager-Solution Architects, the SA will ensure functional and technical designs are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with legal operations best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead custom demonstrations of the EvenUp platform tailored to client needs, showcasing capabilities to instill confidence and remove technical objections.

  • Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to solicit business requirements and respond to RFPs effectively.

Post-Sale Implementation

  • Lead current state discovery for implementation projects, analyzing client processes, data structures, existing systems (e.g., CMS, reporting tools), and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Discover and define future state requirements, including process optimizations, technical accelerators (e.g., pre-built templates for legal workflows), data models, business logic rules, workflow configurations, and integrations to support client objectives.

  • Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure seamless adoption, including training materials, change management strategies, and process performance metrics.

  • Define and own specific solution area “best practices” within our platform. Consult customers to adopt “best practices” to streamline and accelerate implementations.

  • Build and lead custom demonstrations of the EvenUp platform tailored to client needs, showcasing capabilities to instill confidence and remove technical objections.

Platform Configuration

  • Configure platform components like rules engines, reporting dashboards, and automation scripts.

  • Work with Data Migration/Technical Architects to incorporate technical flows into overall solution designs.

  • Facilitate the activation of integrations, collaborating with internal service providers

Documentation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to enhance solutions.

  • Document designs, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer and future projects.

  • Contribute to team standards for architecture and implementation efficiency, including feedback to influence product roadmap based on client insights.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar preferred.

Experience

  • 7-10 years in solution architecture or related roles in enterprise SaaS, with experience in technical sales support and legal tech or regulated industries.

  • Proven track record designing and implementing custom solutions, including configurations in complex environments.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

  • Bonus: Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments, with a strong understanding of legal operations and industry best practices.

Skills

  • Expertise in solution design methodologies (e.g., UML diagramming) and tools like Lucidchart or Enterprise Architect.

  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders, including demo delivery and RFP responses.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, microservices. Data modeling, a plus.
