The Sr. Manager, Integrations will be responsible for architecting and executing our most technically demanding CRM projects. You will be our foremost expert in moving clients from Salesforce to HubSpot and building robust, scalable integrations. Your expertise will directly enable us to win and deliver for upmarket clients, and you will be instrumental in building our delivery methodologies and mentoring the entire CRM team.
A typical day for you would be:
- Act as the senior technical resource for the team, training and mentoring CRM consultants and specialists on data modeling, integration patterns, and migration best practices. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and specialists. Establish the "CRM Consultant" career tracks and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning;
- Train and coach the team on HubSpot native features/ tools. Lead cross-functional calls with integration developers and strategists to bridge knowledge gaps;Serve as the lead technical architect for all Salesforce-to-HubSpot migrations and complex integration projects;
- Develop the "SmartBug Way" for CRM delivery, specifically creating standardized playbooks, checklists, and documentation for data migration and integration within Tettra;
- Design custom solutions within the HubSpot platform (Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs) to solve complex client business challenges;
- Own and maintain the practice's HubSpot and Salesforce sandbox environments for testing, training, and demo purposes;
- Ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of all projects, managing client escalations as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading an integration team or consulting team within a marketing agency environment;
- 5-6 years of extensive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant is required;
- Deep expertise with complex integrations with a strong preference for HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills;
- Deep, demonstrable expertise with the HubSpot platform, including Operations Hub, Sales Hub, and advanced workflows. HubSpot certifications are a major plus;
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple CRM data migration projects (ideally from Salesforce to another platform);
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data hygiene principles, and API-based integrations;
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions;
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, etc.) (preferred qualifications);
- Expertise in Salesforce HubSpot, Marketo, Google Workspace (preferred qualifications).
