Accountabilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity across all regions to ensure operational stability and security
- Manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools) ensuring seamless integration and high uptime
- Develop and enforce robust data security policies and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and meet regulatory standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)
- Evaluate, implement, and manage technologies that improve performance, scalability, and overall efficiency
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage IT procurement to optimize costs and service quality
- Track and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and KPIs to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines
- Oversee global inventory management of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and security best practices
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP is a plus
