Overview:

LivePerson is seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our Enterprise Technical Services (ETS) team. You will be a trusted advisor on technical solutions and provide technical insight into LivePerson’s product capabilities.  You will deliver analysis, development and consulting services to our enterprise clients.

You will: 

  • Deployment – setup, develop, configure and test all technical assets according to the scope and timelines of a customer’s project plan and program requirements
  • Product Extensions – identify applicable use cases and business needs for LivePerson capabilities and successfully deploy them into our customers’ accounts
  • Technical Product Expertise - on the suite of LivePerson solutions and capabilities, acting as a trusted advisor on all LivePerson technical solutions and offerings
  • Design – develops best practice designs on configurations and solutions to meet technical requirements of a customer's program and/or deployment.   
  • Development – work with LivePerson product and R&D groups to create feature extensions for our brands.

Key Areas of responsibility:

  • Educating the customer on “how to’s” and technical capabilities of LivePerson solutions
  • Support kickoff on deployment process and methodology
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical information around security, performance and deployment practices for customers. 
  • Advises customer technical resources on implementing LivePerson solutions in their environments, and supports customer testing
  • Supports Presales team to build demo environments for prospective client opportunities
  • Proof of concepts and feasibility assessments for integrations

 

You have:

  • BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in overall IT design, development, deployment experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Like solving complex industry-related problems
  • Love of automating processes and systems 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple commitments
  • Must be conversant with common and popular web development technologies and practices, such as: JavaScript, Node.JS, HTML, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with mobile development (iOS or Android) is a plus
  • Experience with collaborating with clients’ software developers
  • Experience in designing and building SaaS integration solutions
  • Experience with GenAI, Prompt engineering is a plus
  • Experience with Voice Solutions is a strong plus for this role.
