As a Platform Software Engineer, you demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and team accountability. Communicating early when help is needed, offering solutions and contributing to a supportive, team-first environment. Demonstrating a focus on outcomes and user value, not just output, and a high level of integrity, speaking up if something appears misaligned.
