What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with sales in providing pre-sales solutions to customers, with the goal of closing deals.
  • Manage technical relationships with partners and third party integrators.
  • Engage customer C-level (CTO, CIO) for product strategy alignment and IT team for implementation discussions.
  • Design and architect secure, scalable, fault tolerant and cost-effective technical solutions for customers and/or third party vendors.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product development, infrastructure, compliance) to determine the product modules and settings for the customers.
  • Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure efficient implementation.
 

What We Look For In You

  • Experience in project management with financial institutions with complex scenarios.
  • Familiar with business requirements (e.g. compliance) and system architecture of bank and securities clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building strong rapport, empathy, and trust with clients.
  • Analytical ability to solve complex problems and break down into manageable components.
