We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a high-impact engineering team building next-generation intelligent automation and agent-based systems. This role is ideal for experienced Python engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, designing scalable systems, and working closely with strong technical peers in a remote, collaborative environment.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Design, develop, and maintain Python libraries that integrate multiple REST APIs to automate workflows and enable intelligent orchestration.
Implement and evolve Modular Control Protocol (MCP) servers and related infrastructure for agent-based communication.
Configure and optimize rule-based systems (e.g., CodeRabbit, Cursor, or similar tools) to improve development and code review workflows.
Build scalable, containerized services using Docker, ensuring efficient development, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver new features.
Troubleshoot performance issues, refactor legacy modules, and continuously improve system scalability and maintainability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and help define best practices for Python-based agent frameworks.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, demos, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade applications with Python 3.
Strong experience designing, integrating, and testing REST APIs.
Solid hands-on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Docker Compose).
Strong software engineering fundamentals: algorithms, design patterns, and modular architecture.
Experience working with orchestration, automation, or configuration-driven workflows.
Familiarity with modern development practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced English level (spoken and written).
Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience or interest in LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
Experience using Pydantic for data validation and schema management.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architectures, and API scalability patterns.
Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
