Job Description
Technical Product Manager – CRM (Bloomreach Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Bloomreach and CRM systems to help shape and deliver customer engagement initiatives. This role combines technical depth, product ownership, and CRM strategy to create impactful, data-driven solutions across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the CRM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall customer engagement strategies.

Build, test, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns and scenarios using Bloomreach.

Partner with CRM, marketing, and commercial teams to translate lifecycle strategies into scalable product solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations, oversee data flows, and troubleshoot issues at the API level.

Use performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for continuous product improvements.

Balance commercial priorities, user experience, and technical feasibility across stakeholders.
Key Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Bloomreach (campaign setup, scenario building, integration with third-party tools).

5+ years in technical CRM product management or closely related roles.

Strong technical foundation: confident working with APIs, data flows, troubleshooting, and campaign logic.

Background in data-rich, real-time industries (e.g., digital, e-commerce, gaming, or similar).

Solid understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.

Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
