Technical Program Manager, Learning Innovation - Education Services

We are seeking a strategic operator to product and program manage the development of NVIDIA’s agentic, personalized, socratic learning solution.The ideal candidate will partner across teams to drive data ingestion, agent roadmap development, model evaluation, and ecosystem integration. They will work closely with Legal, SecOps, engineering, and external partners to ensure the solution is enterprise-ready for external deployment. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable learner impact at global scale and establish feedback mechanisms that advise retraining, optimization, and roadmap decisions. If you are passionate about building AI solutions, we want to hear from you!What you’ll be doing:Lead end-to-end program management for AI agents, from concept through deploymentOwn data preparation, ingestion pipelines, and readiness for model training and evaluationDefine agent functionality roadmap in partnership with engineering and business leadersDesign and operationalize structured feedback loops to support model evaluation, retraining, and agent optimizationIntegrate internally developed agents into the broader agentic ecosystemDrive cross-functional alignment with Legal, SecOps, and partner teams to ensure scalability, security, and complianceCoordinate execution across training team to ensure agent effectiveness and learner impactEstablish measurable success metrics for agent performance, adoption, and learning outcomesCommunicate clearly with senior leaders on progress, tradeoffs, and decisionsWhat we need to see:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience12+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or platform delivery within a technology environmentExperience leading AI/ML-adjacent programs, data pipelines, or agent-based systemsSolid grasp of data workflows, model evaluation processes, and improvements guided by user responsesProven track record to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, legal, security, and business teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for actionWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience scaling agentic AI solutions or agent-based systems within training teams of large enterprisesHands-on experience with model feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, or AI lifecycle managementStrong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment readinessTrack record of delivering AI solutions with measurable learner impactYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
