About the Role

We’re looking for an AI & Integration Specialist to design and deliver AI-powered workflows and system integrations for our clients.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on:

• Connecting AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI agents)
• Integrating business systems (CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, databases)
• Designing intelligent workflows that reduce manual work and improve decision-making

You won’t be building AI models from scratch. Instead, you’ll be responsible for turning AI capabilities into real-world business solutions. You’ll work closely with our strategy, tech and client teams to translate business problems into scalable, reliable AI-driven systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build integrations between AI tools and client systems (e.g. CRMs, finance tools, internal platforms)
• Develop backend services, APIs and middleware to connect platforms
• Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, automation tools and orchestration frameworks
• Structure, clean and transform messy real-world business data
• Implement webhooks, async workflows and event-driven processes
• Ensure reliability through logging, monitoring and error handling
• Support multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Translate client requirements into clear technical architecture
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, integrations, or automation
• Strong Python skills
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Solid understanding of databases and data structures
• Experience with automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n) or similar tools
• Comfortable working with third-party APIs and SaaS ecosystems
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
• Exposure to ERP or finance systems
• Experience with containerisation or cloud deployments (AWS/GCP)
• Experience building AI agents or workflow orchestration systems
