Engineer, Backend Engineering

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with software engineers, product managers and QA engineers to continuously build and improve common game services, including Payment and Account systems.Develop, maintain and optimize backend services and APIs with a focus on stability, performance and reliability.Contribute to system design and architecture improvements to enhance system stability, performance and reliability.Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system quality and operational efficiency. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related science/tech fieldAt least 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in large-scale or internet-based systems.Proficient in the following languages and practice on a regular basis: Go, Python, SQL; Knowledge and experience in Docker and/or Kubernetes (k8s) is preferableDeep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.Hands-on experience in using AI tools to enhance engineering productivity; Exposure to AI-related system integrations is a plusStrong problem solving skills and logical thinkingHave an open-minded, agile and proactive mindset with strong willingness to learnHave good team communication and collaboration skills.Have good responsibility and accountability in delivering quality work on time
