Compensation: $170K - $180K

Our client is a pioneering stablecoin platform designed specifically for builders and developers. The platform empowers users to create customized stablecoins in minutes by extending a superior digital-dollar building block. This framework allows businesses to monetize digital dollar use cases and maintain full control over their financial technology stack—customizing branding, compliance behaviors, and yield distribution mechanics—without the burden of operational heavy-lifting.

The organization is seeking an experienced Protocol Integration Engineer to join its growing team. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing a growing set of extension projects, providing technical support to partner engineering teams, improving existing products, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Customization: Adapt existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) extension frameworks to meet the specific requirements of external partners.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Enhance and maintain API/SDKs and Web3 infrastructure projects written in TypeScript to support partner needs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistency, quality, and security of all partner extensions and protocol integrations.
• Technical Education: Serve as a subject matter expert by educating partners and their engineering teams on core framework functionality.
• Documentation & Tooling: Author comprehensive technical documentation, rigorous test suites, and efficient deployment scripts.
• Peer Review: Actively participate in code and design reviews to uphold the highest standards of performance, security, and code quality.

Interview Process

1. Recruiter / HR Call: Initial screening and experience overview.
2. Hiring Manager Interview: Technical background and role alignment discussion.
3. Take-Home Test: Practical assessment of engineering and protocol integration skills.
4. Technical Interview: Deep-dive discussion with team members.
5. Final Interview: Concluding conversation with the Technical Co-Founder.

• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in smart contract development and/or full-stack engineering.
• TypeScript Mastery: Proficiency in TypeScript is required for infrastructure and SDK maintenance.
• Established DeFi Background: Prior technical role at an established DeFi project is essential.
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain messaging protocols.
• Communication: Strong communication and writing skills; fluency in English.
