Job Description

Location: APAC timezone (remote)

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with APO expertise to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA migration project in a RISE with SAP Private Cloud environment. The role focuses on custom code adaptation, APO-related development, and ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on international projects using modern SAP technologies in a fully remote setup.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and adapt custom ABAP code for the S/4HANA environment

  • APO module-related development and customization

  • Support migration projects with full dedication

  • Prepare technical documentation

  • Code review and quality assurance


Must-have requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of ABAP development experience

  • APO (Advanced Planner & Optimizer) module knowledge and hands-on experience

  • Custom code adaptation expertise

  • ECC → S/4HANA migration project experience

  • RISE (SAP RISE with SAP S/4HANA) private cloud environment knowledge

Technical competencies:

  • ABAP programming (Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements)

  • SAP Code Inspector and Custom Code Migration tools experience

  • Fiori/UI5 basic knowledge is a plus

  • REST/OData services development

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Team collaboration and remote work experience

  • Immediate availability for full-time engagement
