1064 | Middle Business Analyst

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for integration with the credit pipeline
• Support the implementation of an API that will enable the credit pipeline to:
• create loan agreements
• generate repayment schedules
• support the process up to the loan disbursement stage
• Analyze and describe current and target business processes (as-is / to-be)
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design
• Define tasks for developers and support the implementation process
• Participate in evaluating and validating vendor technical solutions
• Collaborate within an Agile project environment (Scrum / Kanban)

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in banking, insurance, or financial IT
• Hands-on experience with RS-Bank v6 is mandatory
• Good understanding of banking processes, primarily in the lending domain
• Experience with API integration projects
• Ability to model and document business processes (as-is / to-be)
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate unclear business needs into structured specifications
• Experience in task definition for developers and supporting the delivery process
• Understanding of technical architecture and ability to evaluate vendor solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• English level: A2 or higher
