The Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Video Editor to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will craft high-quality, compelling content tailored for performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, search, and display. This position offers a unique opportunity to merge your creative expertise with data-driven strategies to help scale the MeUndies brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging ad creatives, including video, graphic, and copy assets that drive conversation across different paid social and search channels
  • Create ad concepts that target different stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Work with influencers and UGC creators to source authentic, on-brand content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions.
  • Analyze the performance of content across channels and make data-informed adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
  • Test and iterate on content ideas to identify top-performing formats and messaging.
  • Support the development of storytelling strategies that resonate with both B2B and consumer audiences.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in content creation for performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing video and static assets for paid media.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills with attention to detail.
