Job Description
About the Role
ClickTime helps finance and operations leaders turn messy time data into accurate labor costs for budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The product works. Customers stay. The next stage of growth is getting in front of the CFOs, Controllers, and operations leaders who need us but don’t yet know we exist.
As our B2B Content & Community Lead, your job is to build ClickTime’s visibility and trust with that audience. You’ll produce written and video content, show up at events, engage in the communities where our buyers spend time, and become a recognizable face of the brand.
This is a creator role. Successful candidates enjoy learning complex topics, creating a steady stream of high quality content, and operating with a high degree of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Create content designed to build an audience: LinkedIn posts, executive ghostwriting, carousels, infographics, short-form copy, explainers, product walkthroughs, and recurring video series
- Use AI tools to scale production; ensure every piece is accurate, on-brand, and worth publishing
- Engage in the communities where finance and operations leaders spend time (e.g. LinkedIn, industry discussions, emerging B2B channels)
- Represent ClickTime at conferences and events through live coverage, on-the-ground interviews, and post-event recap content
- Stay current on B2B content trends, platform changes, and AI tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years creating B2B content for professional or technical audience
- Proven experience representing a company publicly through video, events, webinars, or social content
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in a real content workflow, with the editorial judgment to know when output needs more work
- Ability earn the trust of a sophisticated finance audience; background in finance, FP&A, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
- Comfortable being on camera regularly
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences and events
