(Senior) Research Consultant

As a (Senior) Research Consultant on our Research Consulting Team, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our clients—many of the world's leading brands—with your guidance and professional support to manage their projects to success with the help of our Agile Insights Platform. Your deep knowledge of communication and research methods will make a direct and visible impact on our business.

• Conduct research projects from research concepts to giving recommendations.

• Guide clients through complex research needs through sophisticated online survey design.

• You delight and surprise our clients with bespoke and novel insights and approaches. 

• Become a product expert and effectively respond to customer inquiries

• Act as a trusted partner, ensuring our software becomes an essential part of your clients' daily work.

• You train new customers on our software and inspire them to use it independently.

• You collaborate with your colleagues from client development to foster long term partnerships with our clients and product development to provide a constant feedback loop and ensure a close market fit of our product.

• Business Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)

• You are passionate about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies. 

• You have earned a degree in economics, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics. 

• You have 3+ years (5+ years for senior position) of experience in survey-based marketing research (e.g. pricing, advertising impact, product innovation, packaging design, branding).

• You have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design.

• You have a firm grasp of quantitative methods like A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Implicit/System 1.

• You have exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• You have excellent consulting and communication skills with a winning presence.

• You are proactive and very well-organized

• You like change and new challenges, always strive to learn and get better

• You have Experience with EBI methodologies and the How Brands Grow System

• Experience with market research software/ platforms

• Knowledge of quantilope solutions and methods

• Knowledge about different markets in Europe (e.g. UK, DACH)

• Knowledge about different industries (Food and Beverage, FMCG, OTC)
