Job Title: Part-time Data Analyst

About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Data Analyst to help our eCommerce team manage, visualize, and analyze performance data across multiple channels. This person will play a key role in maintaining and improving our financial and operational reporting — connecting marketing performance, creator activity, and sales results into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Data & P&L: Maintain and update an existing operational P&L model, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on performance metrics.
- Sales & Contribution Margin Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Google Data Studio or similar) for daily sales and contribution margin tracking across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Creator & Marketplace Data Management: Compile, clean, and analyze data from TikTok Shop and creator groups, filling reporting gaps that can’t be handled directly through marketplace systems.
- Marketing & Spend Tracking: Support daily spend planning and tracking across creators, ad spend, and marketing budgets to ensure alignment with business goals (EBITDA, CM, etc.).
- Reporting Automation: Create or refine templates, dashboards, and data pipelines to simplify recurring reporting tasks and improve visibility for the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in eCommerce, marketing, or digital consumer brands).
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience working with data from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear insights and visuals.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience modeling or automating financial data (e.g., contribution margin, EBITDA tracking).
- Background in marketing analytics, especially around creator performance and paid media efficiency.
