Job Description
About the role
We are looking for the Marketing Data Analyst, who has good experience and understanding of marketing performance measurements.
In this role you’ll have ownership over:
- Marketing Acquisition Analysis: You’ll conduct in-depth analysis of customer acquisition channels and campaigns, identifying high-performing strategies and areas for improvement to maximize return on investment.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Design and implement data-driven methodologies to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Marketing analytics (web, apps)
- Good understanding of managing paid advertising channels
- Good understanding of attribution modeling
- A/B tests and web-funnel analysis
- Deep understanding product marketing KPI's: LTV, ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, CAC, Click2Pay,RefundRate, Cancel Rate
- Technical Stack:
- SQL Databases: Redshift SQL, Bigquery
- Programming Language: Python or R (or other)
- Data Visualization: Tableau
- Project Management: Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing analytics tasks focused on attribution modeling and performance data analysis
- Analyze A/B tests for web funnels and paywalls, providing clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations
- Identify actionable insights within marketing data and develop hypotheses and strategic recommendations based on those findings
- Develop KPI frameworks and methodologies for evaluating marketing effectiveness
- Support the development of a scalable and reliable marketing analytics infrastructure
