Salary //

$2,750,000 to $3,575,000 COP monthly. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant compensable factors.


In a Nutshell //

The Strategic Research and Project Analyst (LATAM) for Symphonic will work remotely in Colombia and be responsible for researching sales leads and managing quality control of the lead generation process, as well as project management and AI-driven tasks. This role will utilize both public and proprietary research tools and other software, and from time to time will assist Symphonic offices with general administrative tasks. The Strategic Research and Project Analyst (LATAM) will report to the Revenue Operations Manager.


What you will do //

  • Research leads to gather contact details and relevant information (websites, social media, and others) for the global sales team (“A&R”) and its weekly outreach efforts.
  • Use AI tools and data platforms to identify and qualify high-potential leads, delivering organized weekly prospect lists to the Client Acquisition Team.
  • Provide insights on trends, growth signals, and performance for artists and labels with a global perspective.
  • Analyze data across platforms such as Chartmetric, Spotify playlists, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Hype Machine, blogs, and other genre/territory-specific driven sources to improve lead generating strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Team to improve data entry, processing and overall CRM lifecycle management through structured systems and automation.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing campaign templates in English and Spanish, including marketing emails and when required.
  • Conduct quality checks for the A&R Team, verifying lead data is correct, and ensuring data accuracy through audits and AI tools.
  • Partner with cross-regional A&R teams (Latin America, Mexico, Africa, APAC, and other global offices) to understand their lead research needs and deliver high-quality sales leads.  
  • Contribute to workflow improvements by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing process documentation (when necessary).
  • Maintain data accuracy and hygiene by performing regular quality checks on leads, Spotify Monthly Listeners, social media profiles, and tracking systems, including our CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards and maintain high levels of accuracy in reporting systems.
  • Respond to sales team inquiries in both English & Spanish, regarding lead status, tracking sheets, and internal CRM record notifications.


What you need to have //

  • 1 year of experience in a position with a high volume of data sets, accuracy, data entry and verification
  • Knowledge of sales tools, specifically HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge towards AI-driven programs and tools such as Gemini, Chat GPT, Rocket Reach, Clay, and similar. 
  • Some Project Management Experience
  • Experience with quality control measures to ensure information is entered in systems correctly.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-driven mindset
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and/or equivalent Google Suite applications. 
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English and Spanish, conversational.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
