Job Description

We are looking for Expert Data Engineers to join our team and take part in the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable data solutions on AWS.
The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with AWS data services and a solid understanding of modern data architectures, such as data lakes, lake houses, and data mesh, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant data platforms.

🔍 ¿Qué buscamos?:


MAIN SKILL
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Data Engineer and 3 years of working experience with Scala
  • Skills required:
  • Strong technical expertise in:
  • Spark / Scala
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, including:
  • S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, EC2, Lambda
  • Solid experience in ETL design and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to anticipate edge cases and scalability challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

FUNCIONES
  • Trabajo en equipo bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y manejo de herramientas colaborativas como Jira.
  • Evaluación de requisitos funcionales y capacidad para compararlos con las funcionalidades del producto para garantizar la alineación con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Autonomía para gestionar tareas y responsabilidades de manera independiente, manteniendo un alto nivel de calidad en el desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones.
