Signficiance, Inc. is seeking an SAP Data Quality Report Developer SME to support an Army Porgram. This positions requires an active Secret Clearance and is remote.
The Army Enterprise Business Systems-Convergence (EBS-C) program is a large-scale modernization effort consolidating the U.S. Army's legacy ERP systems (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, LMP, and others) into a single SAP S/4HANA-based cloud platform. This role supports the data migration workstream, ensuring that data moving from legacy ECC systems into the new S/4HANA core is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The SAP Data Quality Report Developer designs and implements automated validation frameworks, reconciles transformed data against legacy sources, and delivers actionable dashboards that track migration readiness. This is a technically demanding role at the intersection of federal financial data governance and SAP data migration engineering, requiring close collaboration with functional leads, business stakeholders, and the broader data conversion team.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years SAP data migration experience
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT
• Ability to design and implement automated data validation frameworks
• Experience reconciling transformed data against legacy source systems
• Proficiency developing dashboards and reports to track migration readiness and data integrity
• Strong understanding of data integrity and compliance requirements across migration cycles
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT
• Ability to design and implement automated data validation frameworks
• Experience reconciling transformed data against legacy source systems
• Proficiency developing dashboards and reports to track migration readiness and data integrity
• Strong understanding of data integrity and compliance requirements across migration cycles

• Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance and Funds Management modules
