Our client is a global consulting company specialized in process automation, digital transformation, and process optimization. The organization partners with leading automation and process mining platforms to help companies improve operational efficiency and accelerate business transformation.

Their solutions combine process mining, automation technologies, and advanced analytics to help organizations identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and implement scalable automation strategies.

As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their data and analytics capabilities and are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with experience in process mining technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Celonis and modern Microsoft data platforms to support data-driven process mining and automation initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, and data models that enable process mining insights and support automation projects. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to transform enterprise data into meaningful insights that improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines and data integration workflows

• Prepare and transform event log data for process mining initiatives using Celonis

• Integrate data from enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and operational platforms

• Build and maintain data models and datasets for analytics and process mining

• Work with modern Microsoft data platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based tools

• Support process mining and automation initiatives through high-quality data engineering practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, automation engineers, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles

• Hands-on experience with Celonis

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling

• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes

• Experience working with enterprise data environments

• Advanced English (conversational level)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Data Platform

• Knowledge of Power BI

• Experience supporting process mining initiatives

  Contract details:

• Location: The position is for 100% remote work
• Schedule and Time Zone: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) EST Time
• Equipment: The candidate must use their own laptop or PC.
