About the role
We’re looking for someone who can see patterns where others see chaos, and turn numbers into powerful product decisions.Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with the Web Product team to define product direction and identify the biggest opportunities
  • Build the entire analytical ecosystem: from data collection processes to scalable architecture
  • Create ETL processes that deliver clean, reliable data on time
  • Develop dashboards and insights that help the team see the bigger picture and make faster decisions
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that directly influence product strategy
  • Collaborate with the finance team on forecasts, metrics, and analytical models
  • Evolve our internal BI platform into the central point of truth for all product decisions

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics within product companies
  • Deep expertise in running A/B tests and building experimental frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics automation
  • Experience working with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC
  • Practical experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English for collaboration with an international team

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other DWH solutions
  • Understanding of user behavior in scalable products
