Doctor Eleks is looking for a Trainee/Junior Business Analyst in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT
Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analysis of technical requirements and description of business processes from the customer’s side
    • Communication with the client regarding business process automation needs, interviewing key users
    • Modeling and documenting business processes within the information system
    • Supporting software development in direct collaboration with developers
    • Professional assistance to the first line of technical support
    • Participation in writing user instructions
