About the Role
We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to support the rollout and operational management of AI assistants, AI bots, and automation initiatives across Wildix.
This role will focus on configuring, integrating, monitoring, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and conversational systems that improve internal productivity and customer interactions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively deployed and continuously improved.
This is an excellent opportunity for an internal promotion or for someone passionate about practical AI implementation and business automation.
What You Will Do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize AI bots, AI assistants, and conversational workflows.
- Integrate AI systems with CRM platforms, telephony systems, and internal tools.
- Support the rollout of AI automation initiatives across multiple departments.
- Monitor AI assistant performance and continuously improve outputs and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Assist teams in adopting AI-enabled operational processes.
- Document workflows, configurations, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot AI workflow issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
- Help expand automation coverage and reduce repetitive manual activities.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in automation, AI operations, systems integration, or technical enablement roles.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation tools or AI assistants.
- Understanding of CRM systems, collaboration platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Bonus Points If
- You have experience with conversational AI platforms or LLM-based assistants.
- You have experience in SaaS, Telecommunications, or Customer Support environments.
- You are passionate about AI-driven operational transformation.
- You have scripting or low-code/no-code automation experience.
- You have worked with Salesforce or telephony integrations.
