Business Intelligence Analyst 

Location: Romania (Remote role) 
Reports to: Director of Analytics

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing through structured reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis. 

You will work within our modern data environment (Azure + DuckDB + Power BI) and help improve reporting accuracy, automation, and insight generation across commercial teams. 

This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who wants exposure to revenue, forecasting, and performance analytics in an international business. 

Key Responsibilities 

Power BI & Reporting 

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards 

  • Improve report performance and usability 

  • Support development of revenue, pipeline, and marketing performance reporting 

  • Maintain metric definitions and documentation 

Data Preparation & Modelling 

  • Support data transformation using dbt  

  • Assist in maintaining data models feeding Power BI 

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation checks 

  • Help automate recurring reporting processes 

Commercial Analytics Support 

  • Support analysis of: 

  • Pipeline trends 

  • ACV and revenue performance 

  • Marketing funnel performance 

  • Budget vs actual tracking 

  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to RevOps and Finance teams 

What you’ll have 

  • 1–3 years in BI, data analysis, or reporting 

  • Strong Power BI skills (DAX, relationships, measures) 

  • Solid SQL knowledge 

  • Experience working with structured datasets 

  • Strong Excel 

  • High attention to detail 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) 

  • SQL 

  • DBT 

  • Exposure to Salesforce data 

  • Python knowledge 

  • Understanding of revenue metrics (ACV, pipeline, forecasting)
