Summary

We are looking for a high-impact Data Analyst to serve as the architect of our data storytelling. This isn't just about building charts; it’s about building a foundation of trust. You will integrate diverse data streams into a seamless, scalable reporting ecosystem that empowers every department to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

As an early, senior member of the team, you’ll bring a leadership mindset—not just executing on requests, but proactively defining the metrics that will shape our long-term growth strategy.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect Scalable Systems: Build performant dashboards and reports by integrating diverse data sources, ensuring they provide an accurate and reliable foundation for deep-dive analysis.
• Empower Self-Service: Design reporting layers and KPIs that promote consistency and trust, enabling stakeholders to find their own insights without a "data gatekeeper."
• Drive Long-Term Strategy: Maintain and evolve our reporting infrastructure to track growth and performance, ensuring our data tools scale as the business matures.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and define the North Star metrics that drive executive decision-making.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience. You should possess the leadership mindset necessary to mentor others and help set the stage for future data hiring.
• The Technical Stack: * Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• High proficiency in modern BI tools (specifically Hex or Looker).
• SaaS Expertise: A solid background working within a SaaS environment, understanding the unique metrics and rhythms of the industry.
• Communication Mastery: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into "so what?" insights for non-technical audiences. You are as comfortable in a code editor as you are presenting to a room of stakeholders.
• Ambiguity Navigator: You don't wait for a perfect brief. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to drive clarity and solutions where they don't yet exist.
