Dutch Prompt Engineer – Clinical AI / LLM | Remote (Europe)

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Prompt Engineer to join a project focused on AI-powered clinical documentation and language model optimization.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, prompt engineering, and software development, helping to design and refine prompts for large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows. You will contribute to improving the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of AI-generated clinical documentation.

Preferred Locations: Serbia or Spain
Remote: Collaboration possible within the European Economic Area
Languages: Dutch (C1+) and English
Experience: Mid-level (2–5 years)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompt templates for large language models generating clinical documentation
• Run experiments and evaluations to improve prompt quality and output accuracy
• Analyze failure cases and implement prompt improvements
• Maintain prompt artifacts and configurations using Git and Azure DevOps
• Build Python scripts in Linux environments for evaluation pipelines and batch testing
• Support the rollout of improved prompts across different medical specialties

Requirements

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based text generation
• Strong Python programming skills and experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating AI outputs
• Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English

Compensation: Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience.
