Job Description

About the company

At Squadformers, our mission is to accelerate startups with meaningful missions, helping them be resilient, grow, and create a lasting impact by providing subscription-based access to elite product and engineering teams. We build tight-knit communities of aligned, mission-driven people who create meaningful software that makes a positive impact in the world. Our internal team members have the chance to work with like-minded top talent in a collaborative environment, offering community, learning opportunities, and meaningful missions. Our core values guide us in this mission:
  1. People First: We value our people over profit. We take good care of our team, our partners, our families, and we don't burn out our employees.
  2. Trust the Squad: We're better together, and trust one another to figure it out. We ask for advice, and we grow faster together. We seek collaboration and camaraderie, empower one another, and assume good intentions.
  3. Simplify and Go: We believe simple is beautiful — when it comes to products, code, design, and process. If it's new, we make it small. If it's complex, we simplify.
  4. Find the Flow: We believe flow and momentum helps us feel better and move faster. So we go out of our way to create it, by working when, how and where it fits us best. We focus on a few things and do them well.
  5. Always Be Learning: We're curious, to a fault. We ask a million questions. We're humble and always growing.

  • Strong interaction and visual design skills with a passion for creating solutions for real-world design challenges
  • Deep understanding of complex workflows designed to scale across diverse, global teams
  • Experience with design thinking practices

  • Self-starter, team player and independent — you can manage yourself efficiently
  • A degree is not required
  • We value diversity and will review any candidate, within the US, Mexico, Canada, even South America, as long as you can commit to working in the PST time zone (or close to it)
  • Please include a link to your portfolio or Dribble account.
