The Role
We’re looking for an exceptionally sharp, creative and user-centric Product Designer to join CopeCart as we scale globally. You will shape the visual and interaction experience of products used by thousands of creators, entrepreneurs and businesses — turning the way people sell online into something powerful and frictionless.
This is a role for someone who wants full ownership, who thrives on fast product cycles, and who wants to see their design decisions ship weekly — not in three-month roadmaps.
What You’ll Be Solving
At CopeCart, we obsess over what drives measurable success for our merchants and buyers. You will deeply research their needs, pain points and behaviors — through interviews, data, rapid experiments — and convert insights into meaningful product improvements.
You’ll define what excellence looks like in the user experience:
Sharp interaction design for complex business flows
A design system that scales with international growth
Conversion-driving onboarding and checkout experiences
Insight-driven optimizations across our product ecosystem
How You’ll Drive Adoption
Collaboration is everything at CopeCart. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Support to turn ideas into reality fast.
